Netflix is Adding a Feature to Remove Titles from “Continue Watching” List

Android users recently saw a new feature pop up on their Netflix app that allows them easily to remove titles from the “Continue Watching” list. Never fear, iOS users, you’ll be getting the update on June 29. Before this added feature, viewers had to log in to their Netflix account in an internet browser and go through all kinds of viewer settings to remove titles from the row. Now, Netflix is making its user experience easy to take a show off your list if you don’t want it showing up.

Even if you only watch a few minutes of a show and then decide it’s not for you, Netflix saves your place in the episode or movie and stores it in the “Continue Watching” row on your profile. This is super handy if you want to pick up where you left off and continue watching. But it can also be really annoying if it’s something you decided you’re no longer interested in it. The show hangs around on the row for what seems like forever. Now, Android users can just click on “Remove From Row” to take that title off the list.

Now with this new update, Netflix is making it easy to truly keep your profile customized to your personal preferences.
