Fubo Sports Network is Launching a Branded Content Studio

Today at 2021 IAB NewFronts Fubo announced the launch of its new branded content studio where advertisers can partner with the SVOD service to create custom original content to air on Fubo Sports Network.

Additionally, Fubo will announce new original programming coming to Fubo Sports Network, including Getcha Popcorn Ready, a podcast-turned-TV show hosted by six-time NFL Pro Bowl selection Terrell Owens and veteran wide receiver Matthew Hatchette. The show will premiere for the first time on TV this summer with Fubo. Fubo Sports Network will premiere the second season of its popular show, No Chill with Gilbert Arenas, hosted by the three-time NBA All-Star.

But it’s not just football that’s getting new programming. fuboTV and Fubo Sports Network will be the exclusive home to soccer’s Qatar World Cup 2022 Qualifying matches of South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL) beginning next month.

“I’m truly excited about the original programming opportunities fuboTV will be offering consumers and advertisers over the next year,” said Pamela Duckworth, head of fubo Sports Network and original programming. “From our exclusive streaming rights for South American Qatar World Cup 2022 Qualifying matches – and all of the shoulder programming we will produce with icons like Pablo Zabaleta and Melissa Ortiz – to our Fubo Sports Network original shows with Terrell Owens, Matthew Hatchette and Gilbert Arenas, there is no better platform to engage with all things sports.”

fuboTV continues to make moves increasing its reputation as a sports-focused streaming platform. The streamer finished out last year with close to 548,000 subscribers, an increase of 73% year-over-year.
