With all the on line promoting of your MLM business and generating MLM leads for yourself on line, having an off line marketing strategy to promote your business should be part of your overall marketing plan as well. Off line MLM business promotion can be expensive, but the same basic rules still apply, target your market, watch your budget and test your results is tried and true on or off line.
Here is a list of a few off line MLM business promotions you can.
Flyers & Door Hangers – this is a high volume hit or miss tactic but it still yields interests in the product or service and you can drive people to your website about your MLM business opportunity. Place a special number or series of letters like F1007, which would stand for 'Flyer October 7' that way you can track how many response to that particular piece.
Ad Magazine – usually a magazine filled with local ads. You may have to go to local places to find a magazine that may target your specific market. Again, use the same coding system to inquire about how the lead heard about you.
Direct Mail / Post Cards – you can get a list of people who are looking for business opportunities. List brokers can have a list as narrow or as wide as you choose. The lists generally run five cents a name depending on filters, where you get your lists form etc. They can also do labels for you. Cost can get expensive for printings if you are doing post cards in color. Code it to track your responses.
Classified ads – most of the newspapers run the classified on line as well as in print so honing your keywords would be good. Your ad should be a compelling call to action. If you're not a good copywriter, look around at the Google ads to get some ideas and pick up some books on the subject.
Radio Interview – sometimes DJ's are looking for good useful products or services to offer their community of listeners. If you know someone who knows a DJ or a morning radio host, it may be a good idea to get them excited about the benefits of your product or service. Listeners will call in about your product or service and have an exchange of the benefits and features live on air. Having a website would be great so you can direct people to get more information and having an opt in will generate a lead.
Trade Show – having a booth during an event is a great place to get leads , show off your product or service, get people involved testing it, tasting it, using it or whatever. Give free reports, literature, give away something every hour. Do things to generate interest and get people to sign up leaving their name and number. You can design your form any way you want to establish if they would be a good prospect for your MLM business opportunity or a sale for your customer base.
Wads of cash – I have a friend who is an insurance agent, she drives a sporty car and dresses nice. When she's actively recruiting people she carries around $ 2,000 in 20's and flashes it to waiters and waitress, retail clerks, or other people who deal with the public, talk to people and show an outgoing personality, but are in low paying jobs. She knows her market, she knows what works and she's enrolled a lot of people over the years.
This list is not an all inclusive list of off line MLM business promotions there are many ways to generate leads off line you are really only limited by your imagination and the law! It is always good to use more then one method of MLM lead generation to grow your business. Using off line and on line ways to promote your business and using them in tandem has a synergistic effect, and double your efforts without doubling your workload. You never know where your super stars will come from and who's looking for a business opportunity, so do not overlook your off line business promotions.
